10 Tips to Keep Your Kitchen Organised

For large boxes, use 3-5 tablespoons of coffee beans. Put the coffee into the box, and then close it and leave it for a few days. Coffee will absorb the smell.


4. Eliminating Stains on Plastic Boxes

Tomato juice, gravy, spicy oil, or coloured foods can leave stains inside the lunch box. The stain is hard to remove, even though you have rubbed it many times.

Try this:

  • Fill your plastic box with warm water then add 2-5 teaspoons (depending on the size of your plastic box) of lemon.
  • Leave submerged for several minutes, and then rub gently with a sponge.
  • The acid in the lemon will spell out the food stains easily.


5. Cleaning the Stove Handles that Full of Fat & Oil

Cleaning the handle of the stove is complicated. Due to exposure to oil, fat, and spices after cooking, it will be really hard to remove the stains. Then how to clean it? Rub it? Of course not! Because it can damage its coating layer.

Use ammonia!

  • Take about 1/4 cup of ammonia and put it into a large plastic bag (with zipper).
  • You just need a little ammonia instead of trying to soak the stove.
  • You just need to cover it with the ammonia smoke for over a night.
  • The smoke from ammonia makes the fat and oil easier to be dissolved.
  • So, all you need to do left in the next day is just to clean it with a sponge.

6. Smart Way to Clean Microwave

  • Step 1: Fill 1/2 cup (microwave-safe) with water.
  • Step 2: Squeeze a lemon or pour a lemon juice into a cup.
  • Step 3: Insert a bowl of water + lemon juice into the microwave. Turn on the microwave for 3-5 minutes. Then leave it for 1-2 minutes (with the door still closed).
  • Step 4: Remove the bowl, and then wipe the microwave with a cloth – the dirt should be lifted easily!
  • Step 5: Wash the glass in the microwave, after the net is replaced. Done!


7. Cleaning Dish Washer

The sink is often a very dirty, oily place, and can be a source of bacteria and germs even though it has been washed with dishwashing liquid. For maximum results, try to use vinegar to clean the sink to be free of dirt, oil, moss and stains.

The trick:

  • Pour a few drops (much too may) vinegar on the surface of the sink you want to clean.
  • Scrub with rough foam without using soap.
  • Wash off afterwards; the sink will be clean completely and free from oil.


8. How to Wash the Blender

Sometimes we are lazy to wash the blender after making a glass of fresh juice, we usually soak it with water and wash it another time. There is a quick, practical and easy way to wash the blender.


  • After the blender is being used, refill the blender with water and a few drops of liquid or dishwashing soap, then put the blender on the motor again.
  • Turn on the blender for about 30 seconds, and rinse for the final result.
  • Your blender is now clean.


9. Cleaning the Trash Can

The kitchen garbage bin is a very dirty thing, full of germs and bacteria. Even though we have plastered it with plastic but sometimes the plastic we put on the dump has a hole because it punctured the objects inside (such as fish spines, skewers etc.) and left dirt or liquid food scraps to settle in the bottom of the trash can. 10. Tips on Cleaning the Bottom of Pots and Pans

The bottom of the pots and pans are often difficult to clean, especially the pan that often leaves the remnants of oil so that the crust is hard to clean with a sponge or dishwasher. There is an easy way to clean the bottom of pots and pans.


Use an unused toothbrush then pours a few drops of dishwashing liquid then brushes it, rinse thoroughly.
